My Lamb Island kinesiology clinic is slowly growing, which has been so encouraging.
One comment I’ve heard several times is that visiting the island feels like a mini retreat.
The ferry ride begins the process of leaving everyday life behind. Then comes the quiet of the island, a healing session, and finally the return journey, a chance to simply sit, reflect, and integrate before stepping back into the world.
And…If you’ve ever wanted to attend one of my weekend workshops mentioned below, there are lovely Airbnb and Bed & Breakfast options available on the island, making it an easy and relaxing weekend away.
I will continue to teach:
• Reiki (Levels 1–3)
• Touch for Health / Kinesiology (Levels 1–4)
• Brain Gym (101, 104, 110, 223, 224 & 380)
• Introductory Energy Medicine workshops
* Rug making and Feng Shui Vision Board
On a personal note, I recently earned my yellow belt in karate! My instructor is nearly 80 years old and still incredibly fit. He reminds me that movement is one of the greatest investments we can make in ourselves.
Although Qi Gong will always have a special place in my heart, I’m enjoying the challenge of learning something completely different.
So…this is a little about me & what’s going on in your world?
With gratitude, José Toussaint
