Feng Shui Vision Board

Making a Feng Shui Vision Board creation can unlock and project the subconscious psyche, revealing Jungian insights into the inner self that cannot be perceived through cognitive reflection.

One’s deepest (and often unconscious or hidden) thoughts, urges, love & family issues, desires, goals, fears, needs and more can materialized through your Vision Board creation.

Making a Vision Board with Feng Shui intentions with your friends or family can be relaxing, fun and challenging!

Go with the flow, be in the moment and trust the process. Making a vision board with Feng Shui grid is fun and reveals your journey.

Participants who have done the workshop with me, are happily surprised and even those who love to be in control, manage to let go and trust the process. The workshop is designed to go on a journey.

You can book me as a facilitator. Get your friends or family together and the host is free. $35.00 per person – a minimum of 7 people. (Brisbane area)

What color is your urine?

With normal kidney function, your level of hydration is indicated by the colour of your urine. This simple test/chart will help you to avoid dehydration.

Some vitamins and supplements may cause a darkening of the urine unrelated to dehydration.

Water is the number one fluid for hydration. Avoid caffeinated beverages and alcohol, both contain substances that causes dehydration.

When you drink caffeinated beverages or alcohol, is always good to drink one or two glasses of water after.

Check the chart and check the colour of your pee. Take action if you are dehydrated. Ask advice from a health professional if needed.

Happy drinking water.

The Wheel of Life Exercise

This exercise will help you to clarify your priorities for goal-setting, allowing you to plan so that your life is closer to the definition of balance.

Being and feeling balanced is personal and unique to each of us – what may be balance for some may be stressful or boring for others.

This balance exercise must be assessed over time. So, a regular check on how balanced you are and you can highlight useful patterns and this will help you to learn even more about yourself.

Another option with this exercise is that you can ask someone who knows you well to complete the scores for you. It can be helpful sometimes to see an outside perception of your life ‘balance’. Note: This must be someone they trust AND whose opinion YOU value.

Detailed Instructions:
1. Review the 8 areas on the Wheel of Life. The Wheel categories should together create a view of a balanced life for you.

If necessary you can split category segments to add in something that is missing. You could also re-label an area so that it is more meaningful for you. Common categories are:
a. Family/Friends
b. Partner/Significant Other
c. Career
d. Finances
e. Health (emotional/physical/fitness/nutrition/wellbeing)
f. Physical Environment/Home
g. Fun/Recreation/Leisure
h. Personal Growth/Learning/Self-development
i. Spiritual wellbeing (not necessarily religion – can be sense of self)
j. You could include security, service, leadership, integrity, achievement or community.

2. How do you think what success feels like for you in each area.

3. Rank your level of satisfaction with each area of your life by drawing a line across each segment. Place a value between 0 (very dissatisfied) and 10 (fully satisfied) against each area to show how satisfied you are currently with these elements in your life.

4. The new perimeter of the circle represents your ‘Wheel of Life’. Is it a bumpy ride? or a smooth ride?

5. Now, looking at the wheel here are some questions you could ask yourself and take the exercise deeper:

a. Are there any surprises for you?
b. How do you feel about your life as you look at your Wheel?
c. How do you currently spend time in these areas?
d. How would you like to spend time in these areas?
e. Which of these elements would you most like to improve?
f. How could you make space for these changes?
g. Can you effect the necessary changes on your own?
h. What help and cooperation from others might you need?
l. What would make that a score of 10?
j. What would a score of 10 look like?

This will keep you busy for a while 😉. If you need support feel free to ring me on 04 346 26 30604 346 26 306 or send me an email:

Is your mind too full to be mindfull?

Let’s talk about mindfulness. What do you think mindfulness is about? How many times are we driving in a car and think, ??? How did I get here?  How can you get to a mindful state while you are driving, what tricks do you use?

What about when you are cooking for someone, how do you feel while you cook? Are you mindful when you are cooking a meal. What about when you are eating? Are you thinking about your next task or can you really taste what you are eating? This is just the beginning…

What do you do to be mindfull? of is your mind just too full to think about this?

Insights on Aboriginal Wisdom for the Modern World

Feng Shui Steps

Roseline and aboriginal art xsEarly September, I had the fantastic opportunity to be invited and speak for Yes Group Belgium at the Aboriginal Signature Gallery in Brussels. Surrounded by those amazing art works of Central Australia, it was the perfect opportunity to share the approach of what I observed and learned of my life with Aboriginal Australians in the past few years.

The audience was multi-lingual and luckily I could present my talk in English. I started the lecture with a couple of simple questions, knowing that the group is interested in well-being, personal growth and self-reflection. Here is a very brief summary…

– What is the most important for you in your life right now?
The answers varied from money to work, one person even mentioned happiness.
Since everyone has a different view on life and life style, who am I to say there would be a wrong answer?
->  I suggested JOY

Create Happy Minds

My name is Jose Toussaint and I am an Educational Kinesiologist. I do my work with passion and I love sharing my passion with you. Mostly I work with ‘troubled kids’. Brain Gym is fun and easy to do, so anyone can do it!

I started my Brain Gym passion in a nursing home on a dementia unit. Each day I would go to work and have to re-introduce myself to the same residents. After doing Brain Gym for 8 days over a period of two weeks, residents started to remember my name … and each others! That set me off and I have never looked back. 🙂

Now I work mostly with ‘troubled kids’ and my aim is to give them the tools to create a happy mind and to create  a brighter future for child and parents.

Teachers and parents are always telling me how the child I have been seeing has increased participation in the classroom, staying focused and listening better. So there is hope for everyone. Never give up, even if you can not see a way out, because there is!

I love doing Brain Gym! –   Jose Toussaint
