Before the balance I have asked the child to write down her name. We did 15 minutes easy movements and asked her again to write down her name and this is the result. It means both sides of the brain were working together.
Colouring in before Edu-K session. Note: uses only one colour.
After a balance, the child was able to use more colours and colouring in was neater.
