The Magic

For more than twenty centuries words within a sacred text have mystified, confused, and been misunderstood by almost all who read them. Only a very few people through history have realized that the words are a riddle, and that once you solve the riddle – once you uncover the mystery – a new world  will appear before your eyes.

In the book The Magic, Rhonda Byrne reveals this life-changing knowledge to the world. The, on an incredible 28-day journey, she teaches you how to apply this knowledge in your every day life.

No matter who you are, no matter where you are, no matter what your current circumstances, The Magic is going to change your entire life!

We have been coming together each week to discuss this book and some pretty awesome things has happened to all of us. For some – their relationship is much better! One person quit their job and is enjoying to be at home with the kids. Others find the money in a some magic way to support their needs and wants etc.

It is all about your words and thoughts.

Here is some for you to practice.

Day 1 …. Count your blessings

(Page 35)

  1. First thing in the morning, make a list of ten blessings in your life you are grateful for.
  2. Write why you are grateful for each blessing
  3. Go back and read your list, either in your mind or out loud. When you get to the end of each one, say the magic words, thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel the gratitude for the blessing as much as you possibly can.
  4. Repeat the first three steps of this magical practice every morning for the next 27 days.
  5. Read tomorrow’s magical practice today.

Day 3…. Magical Relationships

  1. Repeat steps one to three of Magic practice (day 1) Count your blessings; Make a list of ten blessings. Write why you are grateful. Reread your list and at the end of each blessings say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
  2. Choose three of your closest relationships and collect a photograph of each person
  3. With the photo in front of you, write five things you are most grateful for about each person, in your journal or on your computer.
  4. Begin each sentence with the magic words, thank you, include their name, and what you are specifically grateful for.
  5. Carry the three photographs with you today, or put them in a place where you will see them often. Look at the photographs on a least three occasions, speak to the person’s face in the photograph, and that them by saying the magic words, thank you, thank you and their name. Thank you….
  6. Before you go to sleep, take your Magic Rock in one hand, and say the magic words, thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.

Day 5… Magic Money

  1. Repeat steps one to three of Magic Practice

Number 1 – Count your blessings: make a list  of ten blessings. Write why you are               grateful. Reread your list, say thank you, thank you, thank you and feel gratitude               for each one.

  1. Sit down take a few minutes to think back trough your childhood and all the things you received that were provided at no charge to you.
  2. As you recall each memory where money was paid for you, say you feel the magic words, thank you, with all your heart for each instance.
  3. Take a dollar bill or other small bill and write on a sticker that you place on the bill in big bold letter:

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THOUGHOUT MY LIFE.

  1. Take your Magic Dollar Bill with you today, and at least once in the morning and once in the afternoon, or as many times as you want, take it out and hold the Magic Dollar Bill in your hands. Read your written words and be truly grateful for the abundance of money you have been given.

 

Day 6… Works Like Magic

  1. Repeat steps one to three of Magic practice.

Number 1 – Count your blessings: make a list  of ten blessings. Write why you are               grateful. Reread your list, say thank you, thank you, thank you and feel gratitude               for each one.

  1. While at work today, imagine you have an invisible manager following you around taking notes every time you find something to be grateful for. Your job today it to look for as many things as you can to be grateful for.
  2. Have your manager make a note each time you  find something you are grateful for, by saying: I am so grateful for ………, and feel as greateful as you can.
  3. Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in one hand, and say the magic words, thank you, thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.

 Day 7… The Magical Way Out of Negativity

  1. Count your blessings: Make a list of ten blessings. Write why you are grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
  2. Choose one problem or negative situation in your life that you most want resolve.
  3. List ten things that you are grateful for about the negative situation
  4. At the end of your list, write: Thank you thank you thank you for the perfect resolution
  5. Just for today, see if you can get through one day without saying anything negative. If you notice yourself thinking or saying something negative, use the magic lifeline. Stop immediately and say: But I have to say that I am really grateful for ……………………..
  6. Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in your hand, and say the magic words. Thank you for the best thing that happened during the day.

Day 8… The Magic Ingredient

  1. Count your blessings: Make a list of ten blessings. Write why you are grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can
  2. Before you eat or drink anything today, take a moment to look at what you are about to eat or drink, and in your mind or out loud, say the magic words, thank you, thank you! If you want you can sprinkle your food or drink with magic dust.
  3. Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in your hand, and say the magic words, thank you, thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.

Day 9… The money magnet

  1. Count your blessings: Make a list of ten blessings. Write why you are grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
  2. Take any current unpaid bills you have, use grattitude’s magical power, and write across each one: Thank you for the money. Feel grateful for having the money to pay the bill, whether you have it or not.
  3. Take ten bills you have paid in the past, and write across the front of each one of them the magic words: “ Thank you – Paid”. Feel truly grateful that you had the money to pay the bill!
  4. Before you go to sleep, take your Magic Rock in one hand, and say the magic words, thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.

Day 15… Magically Heal Your Relationships

  1. Count your blessings: Make a list of ten blessings. Write why you are grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
  2. Choose ONE difficult, problematic, or broken relationship that you want to improve.
  3. Sit down and make a written list of ten things you are grateful for about the person you have chosen. Write it down in the following way:

……………………………………..,(name)  I am grateful for ………………………………….(what?)

  1. Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in one hand, and say the magic words, thank you , for the best thing that happened during the day.

Day 16….Magic and Miracles in Health

  1. Count your blessings: Make a list of ten blessings. Write why you are grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
  2. Recollect three separate times throughout your life when you felt on top of the world, and give sincere thanks for those times.
  3. Think about five functions of your body that are well, and one day by one give thanks for each one.
  4. Choose one thing about your body or health you want to improve, and spend one minute visualizing yourself with ideal state of your body or health. Then give thanks for this ideal state.
  5. Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in one hand, and say the magic words, thank you , for the best thing that happened during the day.

ARE YOU WALKING SLUMPED AND JOYLESS?

Stand at a busy intersection and look at the people passing by. Are they walking upright and proud with a spring in their steps, alertness in their faces, and rhythm in their movements? Or are they plodding along with head bowed, shoulders rounded, and chest collapsed? I think you will find that most of these people seem like prisoners on the earth, overwhelmed by gravity, rather than buoyant creatures, full of the joy of existence.

When we see an animal that does not walk proud and act full of life, we immediately think that there is something wrong with it. Yet we don not feel any concern for the weary people we see around us.
We consider an unhealthy condition in animals we call normal in human beings. When someone if full of energy, we turn and stare if this were a rarity. This is the normal condition. This is how it could be.

It is actually not normal for us to walk slumped and joyless, it is not normal for us to get sick or die from chronic diseases but yet we think it is normal.

In Touch for Health/Kinesiology we work with your life’s energy. We work on the meridians which is like the highways in your body. The meridians function as a network, much like a highway system, that can be mapped out throughout the entire body. If there is an accident, roadblock, we clear it. The blockage in the meridian is often manifested in pain.

Kinesiologists don’t diagnose any illnesses. You may like to see it as the practitioner is the facilitator of you, or the IT person of your computer, which is your biofeedback system.

If you suffer from pain, stress, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck and a feeling not being able to move forward, kinesiology might be just what you need.

Most asked question is how many times do you need to see a kinesiologist. Most clients have minimum 3 sessions to experience the ultimate benefits for a particular issue. Some clients chose to maintain their well being and visit the kinesiologist once a year, once a month, others once a week, It is really a personal choice, no one is the same, we all have an unique body, mind and soul.

WHAT COLOR IS YOUR URINE!

With normal kidney function, your level of hydration is indicated by the colour of your urine. This simple test/chart will help you to avoid dehydration.

Some vitamins and supplements may cause a darkening of the urine unrelated to dehydration.

Water is the number one fluid for hydration. Avoid caffeinated beverages and alcohol, both contain substances that causes dehydration.

When you drink caffeinated beverages or alcohol, is always good to drink one or two glasses of water after.

Check the chart and check the colour of your pee. Take action if you are dehydrated. Ask advice from a health professional if needed.
